From the moment we stepped on to the lot until we drove off, we were given the most amazing customer service I have ever received anywhere. This was a very long process for us because of last minute complications but regardless of that everyone was patient and did the absolute most they could to help me. I really appreciate all of you, from my salesman Oscar to Jerry in financing and the Dealership Manager Adler. Everyone was so polite and even gave my sister and I real world advice that would help us get through everyday life. I called select luxury cars in advance about a BMW M4 I found advertised online and talked to Oscar. When I arrived at Select Luxury, Oscar met me outside and introduced himself. He already had the car ready for me to look at, he also showed me around their dealership. I was then introduced to Hal, who talked to me more about the BMW. Hal and Oscar were both very polite and laid back, i didn’t feel pressured at all through the whole experience. I felt that they were most concerned with getting me a deal I would be happy with. I have never been so comfortable buying a car in my life, it was a privilege to work with these guys. They both went above and beyond to make sure I would be happy with my purchase. I even got a call about a week later just to check up and to see how I was enjoying the car. Thanks again! More
