This company has an experienced Ferrari mechanic on staff with over 3 years of experience at a Ferrari dealership and now works for Select Luxury cars. The car was serviced before I received it and Select Luxury cars also recommends a very good company that will deliver your car anywhere in the USA. Have scruples; a little careless with preinspection I was (and remain) in the market for a BMW M3 convertible. I have spent months browsing the internet and keeping tabs on what sorts of cars are avail I was (and remain) in the market for a BMW M3 convertible. I have spent months browsing the internet and keeping tabs on what sorts of cars are available for a given price range. I found Select because they happen to have a couple of manual transmission M3 convertibles, which are fairly hard to find. I decided on one and contacted them via email. Inaya wrote back and over a couple of weeks we settled on a particular car. She was low-pressure but informative; the positive reviews on here are accurate regarding her working style. Anyhow, she said she walked around the car and it looked pristine. So, we settled on a price that I thought it was pretty good. I arranged financing on my own; Inaya offered Select's services but I declined and she didn't push it (another plus). On the day of pick-up, she called to tell me the detailing team had noticed some problems with the paint on the roof and didn't want me to be caught unaware. So I was a bit worried. When I looked at the car, to be fair it might be missed on casual inspection. However, a good look at the roof showed several paint blisters and dozen or more small irregularities in the metal on the roof where it looked "tented" up. She let me drive it to a body shop that I trusted, and she had her company's preferred body shop take a look. Both said they hadn't seen anything quite like it before and that the repair could be expensive. So, fearing long-term trouble with the roof, I backed out of the deal. Inaya was a professional about it. I forgot to retrieve the check for the auto loan, and she FedEx'ed it back immediately. She also didn't try any tactics to get me to stay with the car and didn't try a switcheroo for another auto. So, in summary, Inaya seemed honest about the mistake regarding the roof. She told me ahead of time, when it was noticed, and didn't try to do a bait-and-switch or anything else. I only wish she had mentioned it a week prior when she took her first look at the car. However, the car had been cleared by the inventory manager (or whatever his title is), so I can't really blame her for not seeing the imperfections, as they weren't noticible from far away. But bottom line is, I went through the credit process for this car, and lost an entire afternoon in having the roof assessed. Not a great way for my dream car search to go. More

One never knows just how terrific a sales person and dealership is until something goes wrong. They were truly the best people that I have EVER worked with in the auto purchasing industry. Then all xxxx broke loose. The truck that was supposed to pick up my car exploded and burned to the ground. The truck that was shipping my car had an auto get destroyed when a car hit the car to be shipped and totalled it. My fabulous 2012 E 63 AMG car came in with a nail in a tire so we had to replace the tire.Everything that could go wrong, went wrong! To my rescue came Roger and Robbie. They called constantly to alert me to all of these issues and continuously kept me comfortable during this awful experience with our shippers. These guys were unbelievable. After some harrowing days of "when is my car coming" I now have my car and it is magnificent. I cannot believe that a 2012 car can be so immaculate. These guys know how to "take breakdowns and create breakthroughs," the true mark of a wonderful person. This is what I describe as a class operation with extraordinary people. I would HIGHLY recommend Select Luxury Cars to anyone seeking a new or used automobile. BTW- my Mercedes dealership here in Naples has told me how fantastic these guys are to work with.
