Best car purchase experience EVER! I was a little skeptical to drive out of state to purchase a car but I'm glad I didn't hesitate too much. I found my dream car Audi S6 at Select Luxur I was a little skeptical to drive out of state to purchase a car but I'm glad I didn't hesitate too much. I found my dream car Audi S6 at Select Luxury Cars which just went up for sale 2 days prior to me finding it on Autotrader. Spoke with Inaya on the phone about the car and she was VERY helpful! I had an Audi S4 to trade-in and she explained in detail everything I wanted to know, always replied to all my messages and always returned my calls in a prompt manner. I had the smoothest and easiest time making this purchase happen despite the a few problems my credit union gave them. Inaya did her best and thanks to her made my dream come true. My wife and me drove all the way over to them from Florida and even though the drive was long the wait at the dealer to finalize the purchase was not. We were taken care of by the staff very quickly and out of the dealer in a timely matter since our drive back was long. Samira took care of all the Title and Registration issues quickly and needless to say... I am now a proud owner of this beautiful machine. I want to thank them for their kind, courteous and professional attitude with the mess I created for them. It was NOT their fault however they dealt with it quite well. This was the best road trip I have gone on and the drive back home was even better. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family members should they choose to make a purchase in the future with a dealer well worth they time and money. They are by far the best I have had the pleasure of doing business with. My wife and I were there for literally only 30 minutes before Mike and Jerry Bates had us driving off the lot in our new BMW 335i Convertible. I must include Rick Rampi as well. I've never had any issues with my purchases, but Mr. Rampi called to confirm everything was going great with the BMW. That's what makes a difference and keeps me coming back.
