All Worked Out Well On a Saturday we stopped by to check on an X5 and decide on which vehicle to buy (this was the 3rd one we were checking on that day.) I returned a few days later once the prep was complete and inked a deal with Oscar and Hal. Jerry made the purchase process seamless and the paperwork was efficient. Appreciated him showing me the car's "buttons" and prepared me for the long drive back to Oklahoma. His enthusiasm for the car was much appreciated. His sales manager, Hal, was fair and honest during the bidding. When I noted I should not have to pay the 4.5% tax because I was paying cash and out of state, he quickly revised the cost sheet and explained all the costs. Bryan, from their service group, provided a good PPi and interfaced with my local Porsche mechanic Tulsa. If the interface between Bryan and my mechanic had not occured, I would have called foul on Select Luxury and no sale would have occurred friday. Keep in mind - your service staff are good, but cannot claim 3rd party PPI. Jerry walked through the sale documents and finalized the payment. All good and explained anything I asked about. The only negative - the limousine service was great and much appreciated. However, have the driver park next time and meet the client within the terminal. The driver should be holding the client's name in clear site so the client does not think the trip was a mistake. Meeting within the terminal is much more professional. Regards, Dave Pharis More
