Excellent car, even better experience I had been searching for a very specific car for a long time, a low mileage, fully loaded, manual, 2013 BMW 335is. Before finding the car at Select Lu I had been searching for a very specific car for a long time, a low mileage, fully loaded, manual, 2013 BMW 335is. Before finding the car at Select Luxury my search had led me to 3 different dealerships within 2 years, including BMW dealerships. All 3 times I left unhappy because the vehicle online did not match the online description and because of misleading information from sales people. 2 weeks ago I saw a car matching all my specs on Autotrader.com listed by Select Luxury cars. I checked out their website and read online reviews, all positive. I called and spoke to Oscar Bryant. He started by asking me what type of car I was looking for, and what my expectations were. He listened carefully, then addressed all my questions about the car, assuring me of its quality. He also told me in detail the process that is taken at Select Luxury to source quality cars, fully inspect and prepare them for re-sale, and how they had tailored their sales process to be stress free. At the end of the call I paid my deposit. Within the next 2 days he walked me through their sales process, got me in touch with Hal, the general manager, who ensured all the financials were in place, so that when I got to the dealership, if I decided to buy the car, I would not be delayed for hours with paperwork. A week after my first conversation with Oscar I landed at the Atlanta airport and was met by Curtis, the very polite driver for the Black Car service Oscar had arranged to pick me from the airport. When I arrived at Select Luxury Oscar took me to see the car I was interested in, which had just been cleaned. He also took me on a tour of the dealership and their maintenance shop, describing to me their process, which was truly impressive. We then went on a test drive of the car, and I was impressed by his knowledge of the car and its features. The actual transaction was very efficient. Hal, the General Manager, and Jerry, the Finance Director, processed the paperwork within an hour, including processing temporary registration, and sending my details to the Maryland MVA, saving me lots of time I would have wasted at the MVA. While this was happening Oscar ensured that the car was filled with gas, ready for my long drive back to Maryland. If you've read this far you can tell that I'm a happy customer. I got the 'unicorn' car that I had been searching for, and found a dealership that instilled confidence in me, something that I had come not to expect. I recommend Select Luxury, and Oscar wholeheartedly. More
