After reading the reviews on Select Luxury and that they had been in business for 24 years I made a phone call to Dean Murphy. I was so impressed by his manner that we decided to make a trip to see and drive the Audi Q5 the same day. From the minute I walked in I didn't feel like I was in a car dealership, everyone was so calm and friendly. I felt like I was learning about the car buying experience over just buying the car. My overall experience with Dean was incredible, he was never pushy to sell me the Audi. Jerry Bates handled the financing, again I have never met such incredible people to work with. Best Mercedes purchasing Experience Ever I don't usually do these review type of things...but I was really impressed....I dealt with Mike G. via the cell phone, and he assured me that everyth I don't usually do these review type of things...but I was really impressed....I dealt with Mike G. via the cell phone, and he assured me that everything would work out and that they would do the best that was possible. Well, needless to say, they out-performed my expectations, I was expecting the typical sales pitch and trying to sell me crap that I didn't need or some form of bait and switch....but no way...Mike G. did everything that I asked of him and only offered additional services at my request. It was perfect, no pressure very easy going and very professional. He even was able to get my financing approved, and my credit is a work in progress. I left the same day within approximatley 3 hours with the Mercedes that I picked from online. All i have to say is that, if you are looking for a luxury car and want a no pressure salesman I would suggest that you go to Select Luxury Cars before you go anywhere else. They are truly awesome. They were so good, that when I am ready to get another Mercedes I am coming back. More

Roger was helpful and responsive, Jerry was thorough, and Joe was a stand up guy! I was nervous about buying such an expensive item sight-unseen from 2500 miles away, but the vehicle information was complete and with just a couple telephone conversations and some emails, I felt good about it and the deal was done! We did the documents via FedEx without issue. They contacted a shipper for me to get it here in Southern California. The trucker was good and the car arrived safely as anticipated. There were no surprises or complications on this end. The car passed Calif smog, DMV verification, and registration easily. When I wear this one out, I'm coming back for the next one guys!
