My salesman Michael Kraman who introduced himself over the phone worked relentlessly to see that a deal could be made. Anyone who visits their location, or looks at their web-site will note that they deal in luxury and exotic automobiles. I had an exotic car to trade in and they did not shy away from the trade, and gave me a decent trade value (other dealers told me to sell the vehicle on my own). Although I was 300 miles away from the dealership; the negotiation process was easy, paperwork was sent to me prior to closing the transaction and on the day that I visited the dealership the entire staff was very professional and they did not play games with the trade.
