Service advisors were too busy chitchatting to acknowledge me waiting at the counters for assistance. Gracie eventually asked how she could assist and got my vehicle checked in. Never returned More

Regular scheduled appointment for 11:00AM took longer than usual. Did not leave service center until 1:30PM. No communication whatsoever from the staff on why it was taking so long. Will not be returning More
