It took three hours for an oil change and to check my tire for a hole. I told the person at the desk that I am having to fill the tire up every few days and they claimed there was nothing wrong with the tire for a hole. I told the person at the desk that I am having to fill the tire up every few days and they claimed there was nothing wrong with the tire other than the completely stripped the lug nuts the last time they worked on the tire. I am still having to fill the tire up. I don’t know why they wouldn’t have replaced the tire and how hey could justify taking so long for every visit no matter how simple. More

The staff working the desk were very friendly and helped me with what I needed but they did not keep me informed of my vehicle status while I was waiting. This is the most incompetent place I've ever been to. The lie, can't complete a service job right and take at least 3 weeks for minor repairs. All they try to do is sell you parts you don't need.
