My sales guy was amazing… no doubt but everything else was ridiculous. For starters I found the used vehicle online and called to see if it was available. I was told it was. So I drove the hour to come bu was ridiculous. For starters I found the used vehicle online and called to see if it was available. I was told it was. So I drove the hour to come buy it. Turns out the vehicle was not available that day to take home. We made a deal and I expected to pick up my car the next day. This vehicle was nowhere close to ready. Nothing had been done to it. I went on a Monday, by Friday I had reached my limit. I went to get it and it took hours to get into financing when there was almost no one in there. Then I found that they didn’t do most of the stuff they were suppose to do when it came to cleaning under the hood. Very, very, very disappointed in the way they run their business. Was told that’s the fastest a used car ever got out of service. That usually it’s two weeks. That’s insane. I have never gone to buy a vehicle she not driven away same day. Won’t shop there again. Also, my brother bought a brand new vehicle There she had the same terrible experience. More
