When I bought my truck there I had it serviced for the first 5 years exclusively at Seguin Chevrolet. It was never the fastest or most convenient but I wanted it taken care of right. I found it necessary to stop using Seguin Chevrolet for oil changes due to an increase in price and a decrease in service. I had previously paid $69.00 for an oil change and tire rotation. They increased the price $20.00 and charge extra for tire rotation. I understand prices can't stay static but to decrease service at the same time I find unacceptable.
