At first I was very pleased with my transaction, however that changes when I realized that they lied to me and pulled my credit a second time when I had already been pre approved. They didn’t bother looking that changes when I realized that they lied to me and pulled my credit a second time when I had already been pre approved. They didn’t bother looking for my first application, came to me saying to sign a form that they needed but were not pulling my credit. Was I surprised when I went into my bank and said your credit was dinged because it was pulled twice and the bank would not honor the original two months, no payment they had offered because it wasn’t the original application…during the holidays, this was a punch in the gut. All because they make more money creating the application themselves..and they flat out lied to my face. Never using them again!!! More

I highly recommend anybody looking to buy a Chevy, make the drive to Seguin Chevrolet! Ace was our salesperson. He was very helpful & so not pushy! He completely understood that even though my husband was the drive to Seguin Chevrolet! Ace was our salesperson. He was very helpful & so not pushy! He completely understood that even though my husband was with me, the vehicle & payment were going to be mine. Ace went above & beyond in making our purchase of 2024 Traverse happen! Our finance person was Steve. He was also super nice & helpful. When it comes time for my husband to upgrade his truck, we'll definitely be heading back to Seguin Chevrolet! More
