Amazing cutomer service on used cars We purchased an used car from Sal. When the car engine light went on the day after our purchase we called Sal (on a weekend). He quickly called us back and arranged for us to bring the car back on Saturday. Since the part needed to be ordered, they sent us home with a loaner. The part was ordered FedEx Rick's (service adviser) home to ensure quick delivery (my daughter was leaving for college the next day). The part was installed quickly. Best of all,here was no charge for any part of the service (part, labor, or loaner car)! Everyone in the service center was friendly and supportive. They all went above and beyond to work with us, even though it was a car off their used car lot. We highly recommend Seeger Toyota!! More

Who knew buying a new car could be this easy! Frankly, I hate buying a car. My son and I recently visited a Chevy dealer and the experience was horrific beyond words! Now my wife and I were in the market for a new Toyota and the last thing I wanted was another terrible interaction with a dealer. Let me begin by pointing out that bigger is necessarily better when it comes to dealers. We have purchased several Toyotas from other larger dealers and indeed this was the best experience. Sales consultant Tim Hamill literally met with us for several sessions and spent ample time with us. There was zero pressure (not a misprint)-- not a misprint -- and we took several test drives. He spent several hours, not an exaggeration, explaining the features of the vehicle both before and after the purchase. He held the car of our choice while we were on vacation. My wife had heard from several friends that they purchased cars at Seeger because it was such a positive, pleasant experience. Compare this to a Honda dealer we visited which never even took our name down and never responded to my email questions. We are believers now as well. Finally, we made our decision to check Seeger out after another huge Toyota dealer we always use told us they never give discounts off the Toyota Highlander. Tim told us he could provide a discount and he did. I would highly recommend Seeger Toyota. More
