Bad tires & promise of a $200. gift card When I first drove my car and looked it over I was impressed at how nice it looked and handled. But after I bought it and had gotten home I realized the tires were very worn. Would they switch them out at the dealership? I'd like to think not, but I don't remember them being this bad when I looked at it. My mechanic said they were all about 5/32, which I had just replaced the tires on my vehicle that I traded in because they were the same.... Worn right? I paid $20,000 for my car and they want to squabble over tires? Also I was promised a $200. gift card and later found out that the only way I qualified for it was if I had found the vehicle on Edmunds.com and made an inquirey from their web site to the dealer. Come to find out I actually had from that particular web site and was sent an email that was supposed to be responded to and I found it to late in my spam folder. More

She spent nearly 2 hours going through features and helping to set up nearly every option on the vehicle. The offered a reasonable price for my trade while still coming off the MSRP by what I felt was a reasonable amount. I will definitely plan to use them in the future. More
