Once again, Seeger's sale staff and price offers EARNED our purchase decision and continued loyalty. P.Fortner, G.Riley and E.Benton demonstrated professionalism, courtesy, patience and ethical reasoning---they worked with us in straight forward, mutual exchange of purchasing and seller pricing discussions. Seeger's vehicle services for our currently and previously owned Toyotas has also earned our competence. As for Seeger's dealership facilities, they may not be "big box", "glass and glitz" as some other dealerships, but the showroom, sales cubicals, hospitality rooms and refreshment offerings are definitely comfortable and "first class". I highly recommend the service department at Seeger Toyota. I've been taking my 3 Toyotas there for several years and they are top notch. I had bad experiences at other local dealerships and at the cha Toyota. I've been taking my 3 Toyotas there for several years and they are top notch. I had bad experiences at other local dealerships and at the chain service centers. Then I found Seeger. Will Todd, my former mechanic and now service writer, takes care of me and my cars as if I were family. He explains the necessary repairs in detail. He doesn't try to sell me extra services I don't need. If there's an option to use a less expensive aftermarket part vs. Toyota part, he brings that option to my attention, but he also tells me when I SHOULDN'T use an aftermarket part due to quality. If there's a special on any service, or discounts available, he brings them to my attention and saves me money when he can. Is Seeger the cheapest game in town? No. But I tried cheaper, and decided it's worth a little more to know that the job is going to be done right, and to know that the people you're working with care about you and are going to take care of you. The amazing part is, I didn't even buy my Toyotas from Seeger, and they treat me better than the dealership where I did buy them. As long as I live in the St. Louis area and drive Toyotas, I'll be taking them to Will at Seeger. More
