Staff was very friendly and responded to all of my questions. I have not been there for a long time since I do not drive this car very much. While there for a state safety and emissions test, they ran a multipoint inspection and came back with a list of 6 things. I liked how friendly Tim was. The car looked clean but not as clean as I hoped. However, Tim does not clean the cars so this does not look bad on him. My only complaint is that I had taken my car in for this problem before the time limit of 10 years or 150,000 miles, but dealer couldn't duplicate it. So when it happened again several months later (5 month problem before the time limit of 10 years or 150,000 miles, but dealer couldn't duplicate it. So when it happened again several months later (5 months past the 10 years) we had to pay...really the part was defective, and i still had to pay part. Yes it was nice they paid some of the huge expense but we bought a Toyota and paid more for the Toyota because they are supposed to last. I appreciate the help in cost coverage. I just believe we should NOT HAVE HAD TO PAY ANYTHING. More

I came in for a service appointment related to my wheels. I was getting ready to go on vacation, but had forgotten to schedule an oil change appt. They are always honest about if my car needs something or if it can wait. Their prices are comparable to other shops. For me, they have completely wiped clean the negative notion tied with taking your car to the dealers. More
