The experience with Seeger is always a good one. I had come in for an unscheduled 95k service (Oil Change/Tire Rotation) they were already fairly well booked, but we kind enough to try and fit me in anyho come in for an unscheduled 95k service (Oil Change/Tire Rotation) they were already fairly well booked, but we kind enough to try and fit me in anyhow. I was in an out of there in less than 45 minutes including the added need for a replacement tail light. Nikki was friendly, and understanding to the fact I have been working out of town and did everything in her power to make room even with the busy schedule. She is aces in my book. More

I think that information could have been given to me sooner. Maybe there was an accident and this was unavoidable. Believe me I like to give people the benefit of the doubt and have thought of every reason why but truthfully 2 hours plus is a long wait to have my car serviced, don't you think??? As to the cost, I have no idea if it was great, good, ok, bad, whatever!! I brought my car in and expected to pay. I would hope the cost was in line with what other service centers charge. I appreciated the coupon Nikki added, which reduced my cost my $12 which was "good" and I checked that box. More
I was running late for my service appointment because of a down pour. Believe it or not people forgot how to drive in the rain. Nikki was extremely helpful in getting my new tires ordered at a price that was acceptable. She set up my appointment to come back in to have the tires put on after they arrive. Before I left, I was ordered at a price that was acceptable. She set up my appointment to come back in to have the tires put on after they arrive. Before I left, I was able to observe her taking care of other customers, making sure everyone was taken care of. She greets all customers with a smile and is very competent. She is a great asset to your company. More
We were in the market for a new car after someone ran a red light and totalled our other car. Upon our arrival at Seeger, we were greeted and then directed to Greg Riley. He asked us what we were interested in driving and told us he would bring some cars for us to test drive. He led us to an incredible waiting area complete with refreshments, magazines, cable television, and an enclosed play area for kids. Greg offered us drinks and snacks to enjoy while he pulled the cars up and let them cool down for a comfortable ride. We were able to test drive a number of cars. He was gracious, informative, helpful, honest, and not pushy at all. Greg told us to call him on his cell phone or business line at any time with any questions we might have. After selecting a car to purchase, Greg did everything he could to make it an amazing transaction. We came back a couple days later with our kids to finalize all the details. The enclosed play area for kids was a great place for my son and daughter to hang out with us while we waited for everything to be complete. It was a nice amenity that is often overlooked at dealerships. I know when I go to have my car serviced at Seeger that this play area will be available for my kids and me while we wait for oil changes, etc. Thank you Greg and Seeger Toyota for an incredible car and an incredible experience. Tim was extremely friendly and made sure all my questions were answered. When he asked if I was planning on waiting I said "unless I can get dropped of and picked up" to which he responded "no problem". Wo were answered. I dropped my car off Sunday night for Monday morning. I appreciated the convenience of being able to leave my car and request after work hours.
