just moved in from out of state. When I first arrived, I needed someone to get my car inspected fast. Tim was helpful that 1st trip. On 2nd encounter, needed an oil change and Glen was the name of the needed someone to get my car inspected fast. Tim was helpful that 1st trip. He answered my call promptly, scheduled an appt for mid-week without a problem, very friendly on voice mail message and I was good to go. Day of appt, Tim handled checking me in....extremely friendly gentlemen, professional, hospitable. Woman upstairs as "hostess", very friendly and Nikki was terrific. Great smile and great customer service. I'm a loyal Toyota customer, on my 4th vehicle, and I always service with Toyota - your company is one of the best so far. Keep the employees happy and they keep customers happy. Like the work area as well in the Lounge.....I was able to do some work while waiting, instead of having to sit on a couch and do paperwork, there were tables and chairs there, which I found refreshing....good idea! One note - my personal car mat after the car wash was left in the trunk - not a big deal, just something to mention for future appts. Service was very professionally handled from the time of making the appoointment to the end of the process. When called for the appt [30000 mile maintenance] an overview of the 21 points was given and ques making the appoointment to the end of the process. Received a followup reminder call and email to ensure knew the date/time. Dealer's waiting area is very customer friendly- spacious, comfortable seating, complimentary beverages and snacks. Needed 105,000 mile oil change, wheel rotation and was advised a cabin filter was also recommended.
