I was in for Routine maintenance (Tire Rotation). Disappointed that window sticker mileage was not changed to new mileage for next oil change and Display screen was not reset still says I need an oil Disappointed that window sticker mileage was not changed to new mileage for next oil change and Display screen was not reset still says I need an oil change. Also disappointed that your records do not indicate that I have Safe Guard Tire/Wheel Protection. I had to replace a damaged tire and was told that my warranty did not cover it so I paid for it out of pocket, when actually I was covered by Safe Guard. I can only hope that your records indicate that I also have extended warranty coverage; I would appreciate it if you let me know if that is true. Since I bought this vehicle from your dealership, I expect that you have all the facts in your records. More
First time at this dealership as I was traveling through St. Louis and visiting friends. Called for 5000 mile service. GREAT PLACE!!!! Mike made buying a car easy. He was friendly and gave me prompt service. I particularly liked the price of the vehicle which made buying it alot more pleasant.It was a very hot day and we were offered water prompt service. The purchase of my new Prius was very satisfactory. Sal went through all the options on the vehicle and thoroughly explained all the features. I have been using Seeger for servicing ever since I bought my 2005 Camry.Since then I have bought a 2006 Sienna and recently traded and bought a 2011 Sienna XLE. Everytime I have taken my car to Seeger Toyota I feel I have received excellent, top of the line service. The staff have always been helpful in explaining any work needed and what the reports mean that I r have received excellent, top of the line service. When I leave my car with them for an issue or simply an oil change, I have confidence that they will look over my car and find anything that might be an issue. I have taken my car there thinking something was wrong with the car and they have treated me fairly by not just making something up and billing me. They explained why what I noticed was happening and explained why it was normal and didn't bill me. I admit that I do not know much about cars so it is important to me that I trust those working on my car. Seeger Toyota has my complete confidence and I would recommend them to anyone who asks without sitation. Thanks to all of your service department staff, from the person who greets you to take your keys and information, to the person performing the work, to the person who calls to tell you the work is complete and checks you out. You have always treated me with patience, respect, and have taken the time to make me feel like a valued customer. Bravo! More
