I received fast, courteous service. All staff was attentive to my needs as well as my comfort while I waited for my car to be serviced. I was offered refreshments and when an activity that was takin attentive to my needs as well as my comfort while I waited for my car to be serviced. I was offered refreshments and when an activity that was taking place on the showroom floor was over I was given the opportunity to to down to the showroom and have any of the refreshments that were left. The waiting area is bright, clean and cheery. The restroom was also very clean. When I checked in I was given a card for a free car wash since it was raining at the time. I was told I could bring my car back at any time for the wash. A nice touch. Also while I was waiting for my car, another customer and I were talking when the service rep came to him and told him there was going to be a delay fixing his car. The rep then offered him the use of a vehicle so he would not have to wait and loose work time. More

Took our Prius in for routine service and, as usual, everything was done efficiently and with a friendly attitude. We were put off by the local dealer who did not offer to pass along to us Toyota's rebate for paying cash. But that turned out to be a good thing because now having discovered Seeger we can't imagine dealing with anyone else, even if it does mean a two hour commute each way. They have been excellent in every respect. More

It's not often I am getting my car serviced and overall have had very positive experiences at most dealers. However, the friendliness, and open and honest communication from the service personel at Seeger have had very positive experiences at most dealers. However, the friendliness, and open and honest communication from the service personel at Seeger is the best I have ever experienced. They aren't trying to push anything on me, aren't trying to sell me any additional service, but instead just doing what's needed and what I ask. I'm not great at saying "no" so I really appreciate this kind of treatment. And last but not least, their waiting area is really nice.
