Great experience I bought my first brand new car recently at Seeger Toyota. Naturally the thought of dealing with salespeople and finance people as well as finding th I bought my first brand new car recently at Seeger Toyota. Naturally the thought of dealing with salespeople and finance people as well as finding the right car for me caused some anxiety. Holly Karas at Seeger was fantastic. She was patient, explained everything, was not pushy and went the extra mile for me to find the perfect car. I highly recommend her. I really felt I could trust her. The finance manager was great as well. He went over everything with me. Presented options such as extended warranty, extra insurance, etc but did not push or use scare tactics. All in all it was a pleasant experience and I am so happy with my new car. Will definitely return for future car needs. More

A bad visit made right My initial visit, I took my 17 Corolla in for a tire issue. Well, that visit didn't go well. Last minute of the deal my experience was good up until i came in and signed the papers on the car. I had been working with sales person for over a month and we had a price w my experience was good up until i came in and signed the papers on the car. I had been working with sales person for over a month and we had a price worked out. I was finally ready to pull the trigger on the last day of the month and when i came in my deal increased by $2,000. The excuse was because i chose the 0% financing through Toyota. I had foot surgery two days prior so i was on crutches and i had to take an Uber to the dealership and for the deal to change that much in price was ridicules! If i wasn't on crutches i would have walked out!. I am in sales and this isn't sales skill its bate and switch. They had me in a corner and they knew it. Next time i will be sure to shop other dealers and grind the price down to the bone since they want to play this way. My sales person was nice and professional but the bait and switch tactic does't sit well withe me. Regards, Matt More

Had a great experience shopping for a Highlander I called before going to look at the Highlander we were referred to Hollly. I scheduled a test drive after talking to her. When my wife and I arrive I called before going to look at the Highlander we were referred to Hollly. I scheduled a test drive after talking to her. When my wife and I arrived we were greeted by Holly. We went over different options that we were looking for,and we went for a test drive. On the test drive Holly went over the different features and answered any questions that we had. Holly located the the vehicle with the options that we were looking for and we then went thru the negotiations. Had no time did we feel pressured and everyone we talked to was very friendly. We have bought many cars in the past you felt beat up afterwards. This was not one of those times. Holly and Don walked us thru every step of the way without being pressured and we appreciated that. It had started to lightly snow, and she still went out and got several cars for me to look at. They were pulled right up to where I was sitting indoors, I didn't have to wander a lot and look at anything in the cold weather. She was never pushy, and was extremely patient with me as I had a few issues with some funds come through from my totaled car. She felt like a friend- very warm and sincere. I hope I don't have to buy another car anytime soon, but if I do, I hope it's from Holly. Awesome deal on the car, too. I got a pristine 2015 Honda CRV. Low mileage, still under warranty, clean and nice. Greg in finance was able to find a good loan for me with a decent interest rate, even with my less than stellar credit. Don in the finance department did a great job breaking down the loan process, and helped me get this nice new car properly covered. He was also willing to work with me on some of the rates of the extra coverage. I felt comfortable and like he was a trustworthy person who was looking out for me. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. And if you are a woman, you can buy a car on your own without intimidation or fear. Just ask for Holly! More
