I am new to town, have gone to seeger twice. Both times Tim was terrific, he understands customer service and I REALLY appreciate it. The the quality of service overall was good! The people were very helpful. However, I did not receive the complimentary carwash as stated, which was a disappointment. She trys to make sure all customers are welcome and supplied with whatever they want to eat or drink. I was kept informed of my vehicle service and additional items that needed attention with no pressure to purchase. Checkout with the cashier was fast and efficient. The Ice Scraper gift was great to put in the glove box. More
I bought both my 2008 Highlander & my son's 2010 Rav 4 & another son's 2001 Infinity from Ray Berry in Used Cars. Ray is VERY knowledgeable about the new, my Highlander, & used cars on the lot. When the cars need service or if I just have a question; I come in & usually Dave Shore, Service Advisor, helps me. I had my Highlander in on 11/26/11, for a low tire pressure light. Dave write up the ticket on that. Not only was my car done before the designated time, but, Dave taught me about the air pressure going down in the spare as well. He was sick on Monday, 11/28/11, so Nikki O'Hanlon took care of me. I brought my son's Rav 4 in for low tire pressure light & for normal routine oil change. Once again, car was ready before time stated. The waiting room is very nice, & comfortable to wait in. SO, CUSTOMER FRIENDLY SERVICE IS A 10 AT SEEGER TOYOTA. ALL PERSONELL ARE VERY FRIENDLY! Checking in for my service appointment was easy and fast. The gal who checked me in was very pleasant and efficient. The person who worked on my car was very polite and quick with my service and explaining what had been completed. He checked me out and helped me set a future service appointment. The person who took my payment was efficient as well, and he offered me a nice customer appreciation gift. I stayed in the customer service area while my car was worked on, and it's a lovely space with nice amenities. I like to work/read while I wait, and I was able to somewhat hide from the noisy TV within the space. More

Service waiting area was really nice. Got appointment easily and changed it easily when I had to. They applied a coupon I didn't know about and covered the more expensive work under warranty (which I wa easily and changed it easily when I had to. Wil was very nice and professional. My truck was ready when promised and the repair seems to have fixed the blower noise.
