I have two small kids. The play area in the waiting room is a life saver. I love how it's glassed in so I don't feel like we're disturbing the other customers. I was highly impressed with the dealership as a whole. Yeah, I know I was buying a car but I really didn't expect to have such a great experience. Kudos for keeping it "real"! I also had the pleasure of meeting a very genuine sales person. Mark Weyers is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. I had done my research on the exact car, down to the color, I wanted and what I wanted to pay. He was open and honest with information; not condescending in the least. I am a continuing Seeger customer. When I wanted to replace my 12-yr-old RAV4, I knew just where to go. Mark Weyers was just the person to help me, too. He listened carefully to my requirements. Then he showed me a range of vehicles that met those criteria (at a range of prices, even including some that were less expensive!) just to make sure I could carefully consider which one best met my specific needs. There was no pressure to choose a particular one - in fact no pressure to buy - just a friendly, personal and thoughtful response to my situation. He was such a great help to me that I was able to drive my new RAV4 home that same evening. When it came to trading in my old RAV4, Mark called several dealers to get the best price possible. That was great, too. Ultimately he pitched in and unloaded all the contents of my old vehicle, which was packed full. Afterwards I could see for myself how much more cargo room there was in the 2011 RAV4 compared to the 1999 one, just as he had told me. I certainly felt that Mark was on my side throughout the whole experience. This approach exceeded even my already high expectations of a Seeger Toyota employee. That says a lot about Seeger! They are certainly exceptional compared to other dealers! Thanks a million! More
I brought one of our Toyotas, in this case a 2000 Echo, in to follow up on a "Check Engine Light" that had lit up. This was carefully looked into which took time. The service specialists told me th in to follow up on a "Check Engine Light" that had lit up. This was carefully looked into which took time. The service specialists told me that in extreme cold, which was when the light went on, the "Check Engine Light" could be activated if the engine has not warmed up to a degree before put to work. I had noted it was rough, briefly, when started until it warmed up and smoothed out. They had cleared the "Check Engine Light" and advised me of what they believe was the problem and how to reduce or eliminate it. All os this was very helpful for I have to drive some distance north and away from the dealer where I bought the car and had it serviced. More

More upfront detail on pricing would have improved experience but overall Sal did a great job as sales person.
