I arranged to have a cracked tail light replaced that I purchased elsewhere. The installer never checked to make sure it was working properly, so I had to come back to have the bulbs installed. No one apol purchased elsewhere. The installer never checked to make sure it was working properly, so I had to come back to have the bulbs installed. No one apologized or seemed surprised that the work wasn't checked. The response was: "these usually come with the bulbs." I had my car inspected at the same time, so the car passed inspection without a working tail light or turn signal. When I went back, the problem was resolved quickly. I was just surprised that no one said they were sorry. Since the work wasn't checked, it makes me wonder about overall quality control. I've had good experiences in the past, so one time will not change my overall opinion, but I do feel less confident. More
This was the second car that I've gotten from Seeger (my previous car I purchased, and this most recent one I leased). I was referred to Peggy by my mother--Peggy was extremely professional and friendly an previous car I purchased, and this most recent one I leased). I was referred to Peggy by my mother--Peggy was extremely professional and friendly and never made me feel uncomfortable or as though I was being pushed in a direction that I wasn't wanting to go. She helped me to find used cars that were in my price range and then suggested that I consider leasing a car. I was unfamiliar with leasing and all that it would entail. Peggy very clearly explained leasing and the pros and cons about choose to lease. After thinking about it for a few months, I came back to see Peggy to discuss possibly leasing a car--I came back the next day, drove the Prius, signed a lease and drove off your lot with my new car! Before leaving Peggy made a point to introduce me to a manager (I don't recall his name), who thanked me for my business and explained the Toyota Care maintenance plan to me. Within the first week of having my new car, Peggy emailed me, sent me a letter in the mail and called me, each time making sure that I was still happy with my decision--which I was and still am! Less than two weeks after getting my car, Peggy called to let me know that my plates had arrived, when I went to pick them up, as usual, Peggy was as friendly as ever. Since getting my new car, I've referred several friends and family members to Seeger--each time I reiterate how friendly and professional Seeger was, and how I never felt pressured or intimidated. Thanks so much! More

Every employee I spoke with was extremely nice including smiles from multiple employees both when I arrived to drop off my car as well as when I picked it up. I had asked for a couple of things to be check smiles from multiple employees both when I arrived to drop off my car as well as when I picked it up. I had asked for a couple of things to be checked out while they were servicing my vehicle, which were forgotten, but Will quickly took care of it when I picked up my vehicle. Everyone was so nice! In fact, they were so nice on the phone before I even made the appointment that I chose to go to them over another dealership that was 15 minutes closer to my home (and that dealership was nice too)! We have just bought a gorgeous car, thanks to Drew Kugman. It was a great experience to do business with him. He was polite, not pushy at all. He said:"I just want to make you happy", and he kept his Kugman. It was a great experience to do business with him. He was polite, not pushy at all. We had been to at least 6 different Dealers and Bill made us feel more comfortable than any others except one fellow at Auffenberg Hyundai. We decided to take a look at one more Dealer (Seeger). During our search for used Hyundai's, we came across some used Prius's and switched our views on what we really wanted. That's why we came to Seeger, because they had more used Priuses at the right price than other Dealers. Thank you for helping us find the right car. John and Jane Record More
The most important aspect of the experience of buying a car at Seeger is its simplicity. It is very straight forward, fast, friendly, no pressures in order to buy. car at Seeger is its simplicity. It is very straight forward, fast, friendly, no pressures in order to buy. More
I recently came to Seeger Service Dept. for a second opinion on some brake and bearing issues. Seeger actually saved me almost $ 900 for labor and parts that did not need to be done. Hourly labor co opinion on some brake and bearing issues. Seeger actually saved me almost $ 900 for labor and parts that did not need to be done. Hourly labor cost is still a prohibitive factor for my regular maintenance tasks. However, more detailed technical work seems to be justified. More
