Wonderful Experience John had been wonderful from the very first meeting we had. I told him what I want , what I need and how much I want to spend. Excellent stress free experience We purchased an Avalon from Tom Hayes. When went to check out the vehicle, Tom was just returning from vacation. Kent filled in for Tom until he cou We purchased an Avalon from Tom Hayes. When went to check out the vehicle, Tom was just returning from vacation. Kent filled in for Tom until he could make it back to the dealership. Tom was patient and took his time to answer all of our questions and went through the selling points of the vehicle prior to purchase. There was no pressure at any time. Everyone was so helpful and accommodating to us. The process was straightforward and stress free. The vehicle was prepped at our request so we returned another day to pick it up. While completing the paperwork with Greg Brown, the staff made sure our three grandsons were "spoiled". Tom was gone by the time we had arrived to pick up the car in the evening, so Kent graciously stepped in and went over the details for operation of the electronics. A great experience!! We could not have asked for a better sales person to work with. Terry was the most friendly sales manager we dealt with between all of the dealerships. He did not lean over your shoulder as with the others and did not make you feel pressured to buy a car. He was friendly and showed he cared throughout the whole process.
