After sales service was outstanding as Peggy went way beyond just selling us a car, she handled all our inquiries promptly and courteously, and I do have a lot of questions which I needed answered. Also, Peggy was so kind to help us out in getting our old car back home, since we had only one driver available to pick the new car up and get the old car back to our home. I was there just for the free oil change and checkup under Toyotacare. I didn'tt expect any service issues and there were none. My wife drove our Prius into the dealership with a low tire warning light on. She thought one of the tire just might be low in air. They took the car in and found a nail in the right rea tire.
