My overall experience with Peggy Fortner was absolutely wonderfuly, when my car arrived, she stayed until almost 12:00 midnight to go over all the details of the car, what other sales person would actually wonderfuly, when my car arrived, she stayed until almost 12:00 midnight to go over all the details of the car, what other sales person would actually do that? The staff was friendly and helpful. Mark Weyers in particular made me feel like everything was taken care of. With his jovial personality and extensive knowledge of the Scion product line, we were ab particular made me feel like everything was taken care of. With his jovial personality and extensive knowledge of the Scion product line, we were able to make a deal that I think we were both happy with in short order. Often when you are dealing with car dealers there is a great sense of pressure throughout the finalization of the sale and during negotiations. I felt none of that at Seeger Toyota and was totally at ease throughout my dealings there. The Scion pure pricing model took a lot of the guess work and worry about markups out of the picture. I would wholeheartedly recommend Seeger Toyota to my friends and family and I couldn't be happier with my new car and the service I received! More

Mr. Shore was efficient and pleasant to work with. I received an appointment at a convenient time. Mr. Shore told me it would take about 1 and 1/2 hours - it took about an hour. Mr. Shore informed me when the work was done in a timely manner. He gave me the benifit of available maintenance specials, even thoough I didn't bring coupons or compter print-outs with respect to the specials. The work was done properly, as near as I can tell (I am not a mechanic). I have complete confidence in the work done by Seegar Toyota. More

The service I receive at Seeger Toyota and Scion is excellent. I phoned my appointment in and Alfred got me set up right away. He directed me to the waiting room and offered me a drink. Everything was perfect except I waited over there 11 am to almost 4 pm. Mike was very friendly and trustworthy. I had long dealership list when we arrived Seeger Toyota. The sales process was great and our salesperson was helpful and easy to work with. The price on the vehicle was different (lower) than the price on the website, which caused some confusion for our sale helpful and easy to work with. The price on the vehicle was different (lower) than the price on the website, which caused some confusion for our salesperson, but he worked through it. The paperwork process went smoothly and we were impressed with the customer waiting area amenities. The only area for improvement (3 rating on Quality) was the cleanliness of the vehicle. We purchased a used car and after getting it home realized it needed interior cleaning on the hard surfaces, as well as some of the upholstery, beyond what I expected. So if that had been done before we picked it up it would have been great. More

Tony was great, very helpful and friendly. My one small complaint about him is that he does have a rather thick accent, and once or twice I had a hard time deciphering what he was saying.
