Tim and Nikki were very friendly and made me comfortable dealing with them during the setting of the oil change appointment and when i was waiting for the service to be done. I had a great experience. Will Todd scheduled my appointment and informed me of the loaner car option. I was having a very hard time finding a day that would allow me to sit at the dealership.
