On December 12 I brought my 2010 Toyota Camry in for the factory recall for window electric problems. Glen, the service department representative, was very helpful by checking the factory recall list for my factory recall for window electric problems. Glen, the service department representative, was very helpful by checking the factory recall list for my unit. My unit did not appear on the list. I had assumed that all units of in the 2010 series would require a "fix." Glen was very accommodating and since I had expected factory recall rework, he offered me a free car wash for my effort for faithfully showing up at my appointment time. I spent thirty minutes in the customer waiting area where Carol, the lady in charge of the customer waiting room, was exceedingly friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience for me where I felt that Seeger Toyota didn't have any obligation to accommodate or do anything for me. Many thanks. GH More
