Sal was wonderful!! And Mike and Andy very sweet Sal was wonderful!!! I can't say enough good things about this man!!! Mike and Andy were also sweet and helpful... I totaled a car that was supposed to last another 1 1/2 years to get through my kids college and wedding expenses. Hit a racoon, cracked my radiator, car overheated and fried my engine! I bought I new Toyota 32 years prior at a car dealership, otherwise we'd been buying used cars from people we knew. Never needed a car ASAP and never had to do it myself as my husband handled our car purchases. On vacation, with a very limited budget, I spent the WHOLE WEEK off looking at thousands of used cars via craigslist, autotrader, edmunds, kelly blue book, CarGurus, CarFax and car dealerships...and, as an inexperienced woman in this convoluted world, met angels and demons. The ultimate angel...Sal Valenti!!! I was very naive and made some big mistakes that Sal made phone calls to help me correct. I mean this man WENT OVER AND ABOVE TO HELP ME! I ultimately got a Rav4 Toyota within my budget and it wouldn't have happened if not for Sal! Found out later my sister bought a car from Sal too - 186,000 miles on it, no problems, just routine service and maintenance...gotta' love a Toyota! I made multiple trips to Seeger Toyota in the decision making process of choosing the right car, once when Sal wasn't working, and Mike and the owner Andy stepped in. Andy, the owner, worked to get a car within my budget, and was genuinely sweet and caring throughout the process. I am a nurse and cross paths with a lot of people. These guys are good to the core, have big hearts, and give great customer service. If you need a car make Toyota your first stop...don't mess with the other dealerships. BELIEVE ME, it will save you a lot of time, tears, and money, plus you'll walk away with a quality car that will go the distance and outlast other brands. This week was a learning experience to say the least. Only Toyota for this girl. I'll be back to them, hopefully not for awhile : ) and will send family, friends and patients their way. Super afternoon at Seeger I stopped by the lot at Seeger on a whim to see if there are any cars the sparked my interest. Frank noticed me looking around and came out with a fri I stopped by the lot at Seeger on a whim to see if there are any cars the sparked my interest. Frank noticed me looking around and came out with a friendly smile and asked how he could help. He listened to what I was looking for and showed me a few cars in those categories. We test drove a couple and when I decided on the one I wanted, he quickly got to work getting me all the information I needed to make an informed decision. Once I decided on the car I wanted, everybody did everything they could to make the entire process as smooth as possible. Greg made the finance part so easy to get through. Best team EVER!! Scott Fearn and Greg Brown are simply the best! I purchased a used vehicle on May 15, 2019 from Seeger and, unfortunately, 11 days later totaled the Scott Fearn and Greg Brown are simply the best! I purchased a used vehicle on May 15, 2019 from Seeger and, unfortunately, 11 days later totaled the car in a bizarre out-of-town accident. I had never had an accident before and due to the newness of the vehicle I was overwhelmed with the numerous transactions required among the insurance company, Toyota Financial and the DMV. Mr. Brown walked me through the entire paper process while Mr. Fearn kept an eye out for a replacement vehicle. They both treated me with the utmost courtesy and respect and I cannot thank them enough. I purchased my second vehicle from Seeger on June 19. Please convey my gratitude and appreciation to both of these men. Their expertise and kindness got me through a terrifying experience. I will recommend them and Seeger to everyone I know.
