We looked for nearly a year at cars for our daughter, and the local pre-owned selection was sad. Because of our good experiences with Toyota's, we were looking for a Camry or Corolla, The cars in our town were either rediculously over priced or had tons of miles on them and were still over priced. Selection was poor and the attitude was pretty much "take it or leave it". We asked my sister-in-law, a very savvy business woman from the St. Louis area who has purchased numerous Totyota's and she recommended Seeger Toyota above others. We reviewed their inventory on-line, a first for us, and contacted Seeger internet sales, eventually talking with salesman Tom Hayes. We took a day trip to St. Louis and drove many cars, finally settling on a 2010 Camry that would meet our needs. While talking with Tom, my wife and daughter discovered a 2012 Camry on the showroom floor that I had passed up thinking it was new. It was EXACTLY what our daughter had wanted, right down to the color and type of radio. Tom walked us through the changes between the 2010 and 2012 models, and the numerous new safety features were what sold us on the car. The dealership moved cars and opened doors and we were able to take a test drive. After some "horse trading" we arrived at an agreeable price only a little more than the 2010 models. The business unit walked us through the paperwork for buying a car out of state; and when I went to pay taxes and tiltle and license the car in Illinois, every single piece of paper was there to make it a smooth transaction. The crusty clerk at the Secretary of State's office even complemented Seeger on having the paperwork right, apparently a rarity in her experiences with out of state transactions. Overall the price was very fair, the selection was phenomenal, the service was great and the sales staff warm and friendly and not pushy at all. I would definitely recommend Seeger Toyota and Tom Hayes specifically for anyone looking to buy a new or pre-owned Toyota. More

I walked into Seeger for the first time reluctantly because i had never had a great experience with purchasing new or used cars in the past. This was the first time i can say i walked away confident that i had gotten a good deal and shocked at how friendly the entire staff at Seeger had been. I had done my research and knew, for the most part what i wanted. Mike Rardin helped assess the car, both positives and negatives. After i had completed the purchase and encouraged by the great experience, i decided to trade in an old van i had (220,xxx miles) on another used car. They gave me more than i expected on the trade in and i left with two cars and great respect for a well run, friendly and respectful experience. PS: in the category of "little things count": their waiting room had snacks and sodas for free, both cars had FULL tanks of gas when i left and we (my wife and I) had a great conversation with the owner. I had my car inspected for state emission test and safety test this week. It was super fast , and the rep there are friendly. Also they have free wifi access and refreshments upstairs. Went in for oil change and tire rotation. When I got there I realized that I had forgotten my service coupons. I had been distracted with the snow, however, my serviceman deducted from my bill, the coup there I realized that I had forgotten my service coupons. They did not have any in stock but ordered one for me. It came in the next day. They called me twice and e-mailed me to let me know that it was in. I went out to get the cap. They put it on and washed my car. That is what I call service. More

I have been going to Seeger for auto service for many years. They are always very customer aware. That really makes a big difference. They do an excellent job of diagnosis, and repair. The car loaner policy is extremely helpful and much appreciated. You leave Seeger feeling good about your experience. You can trust them. You're not afraid to go back the next time. I also appreciate that their service representatives go out of their way to remember your name and your auto history. It is also of great assistance to have the same people working their each time you come in. They really make you feel like family. As good of an experience as you can get when having to deal with the unpleasantness of auto repairs. More

I am always delighted by Seeger's courteous and prompt service! The service adviser and technicians are always honest and take time to explain any necessary repairs or answer any questions.
