He was very competitive in the filed, very accurate with descriptions of the features of the car (Toyota RAV4), very patient to our endless questions, and have done a great job cooperating with managers and adjusting the price of the car. A few weeks later after buying the car, we went back to the dealership to ask some more questions about the gadgets installed into the car. We reviewed several models offered by Toyota with each review focused on the answers we provided for John's questions. At the end of the reviews we settled on a Highlander based on John's recommendations. The turnaround time from decision making to car delivery was unbelievable and although we have had the car a short period of time, it looks like it meets 100% of our needs. Hats off to John for helping us through the process because we hadn't purchased a new car in quite a few years More

Buying a car is a big deal.. One phone call and two visits was all it took. I called and asked a few questions about a the 2019 Highlander and Mike was great right from the start One phone call and two visits was all it took. I called and asked a few questions about a the 2019 Highlander and Mike was great right from the start. It was an easy phone call, no pressure, he answered my questions and didn't add in a bunch of extra information that I didn't ask for. We went in for a test drive the following day and said we would be back. We went in this evening and came home in our new Highlander Limited. We are happy and excited and that is the way you should feel when you get a new call. I think every new car should feel like your first car. It is a big deal to buy a car and I think that at Bob Seeger Toyota they understand that. More

One of the best experiences I have had buying a new vehicle! Marc was very responsive during the week before we could come to St. Louis and see it. We communicated by email, text and phone and he always got back to us in less than 10 minutes. When we arrived at the dealership, Marc met us and we went for a test drive, while he explained some of the bells and whistles and answered any questions that we had. We were trading in an older Prius so we waited while it was evaluated, very short negotiation and a quick visit to the business office to complete the transaction. We were only at the dealership for 2 hours from start to finish and drove out with a great new car! Will definitely come back and ask for Marc again! More
