We made an appointment for a Saturday morning, and were met in the pre-owned showroom by Tom Hayes. He asked a few questions to see why we were interested in that particular car, and it all jibed with his ideas of what we needed, too. We took a long test-drive, he answered almost all our questions, and when we returned, we did a thorough look-over of the rest of the interior, engine, trunk, etc. What I really liked is that he didn't try to BS his way to answers he didn't know. He later grabbed a new car salesman to show us the details of Entune, pairing devices, and the hybrid scenarios. We sat in his office with him for 20 minutes while he wrote the proposal. He went to see the sales Manager and the final price was just $50 more than we hoped to pay, relatively nothing on a $27,000 purchase. Tom was not high-pressure in any sense of the word, and realized we were going to buy that day if the car checked out and the numbers worked. I loved that there was no back & forth with the SM, just once in and out. They have a comfortable waiting area with lots of drink and snacks. Greg Brown in Finance, was no-pressure also, though that paperwork seemed to take a little longer than needed. He showed all the options but moved on as we declined. The car has been perfect for us in every way, and it all started with Seeger Toyota's great salesman and finance guy. More

We look forward to the excellent service from Glen Eldridge and the service group on the Avalon that I have received on my 4Runner since 2005. Price is similar to any other oil change I have ever done. They seem to be a bit more when it comes to filter changes but I trust the quality of and installation. My only complaint is how slow they are. I made an appointment, and I was right on time. Yet I have never been able to get out of there in anything less than an our even when I request that they expedite my service. More
Great Service! Seeger Toyota service center always does great work. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The Waiting area is the best I've ever seen. But what is really awesome is that if they have to work on your car for an extended period of time, they give you a courtesy car to drive, free of charge! That is just great. And a very nice car too. It was easy to set the appointment online, and then when I knew I'd be late, called the day before and they were nice and made a note I'd be 15 minutes late. Also while there, my sales rep took the time to program my bluetooth, since I got a new cellphone and couldn't figure out the set up. Love the waiting room, it's like the Ambassador club at the airport - with refreshments and wifi. Also really appreciate the carwash as I have difficulty finding the time. Also appreciate your respect of my time. You said it'd take 1 1/2 hours and it was done in 1 hour 25 minutes. Your service center isn't as close to my house as Dobbs, but the pleasant efficient experience makes it worth the drive! More

Marc made sure I was comfortable at all times and took a great deal of his time to be sure I understood everything I needed to know in order to enjoy my new car. He even came to my home to be sure my iphone was correctly in synch so that I could easily make and receive calls. I appreciated all of his efforts on my behalf.
