not real happy I like the service and the Sat. hours. I don't think that the service dept. likes me. Then I asked for scheduled (100,000 mile) service to be done during a oil change visit and was told that it was due at 120,000 mile. Two days later I receive an E-MAIL informing me that my car was due for the 100,000 mile service. I called the service dept. and was informed that there was in fact a 100,000 mile service for my car. I was about to leave on a trip so I scheduled another apt. to take care of the scheduled service (another wasted trip) I live in Granite City Illinois and it is just not worth the trip to your dealership any more. Thanks for the friendly service. More
Diagnostic Visit I brought my car in to have a small issue checked out. I wasn't told when I made the appointment that there would be a charge just to have the car looked at. Even then, it would have been OK if that charge would be applied to the actual fix. But as far as I can tell, that's not the case. My car is 10 years old, and I can't rationalize spending almost $300 on it when it doesn't have to be done. But if the diagnostic fee was put toward that amount, I would think about it much more seriously. More

Great Service Dept but Horrible Sales Dept! I had my Camry serviced by Glen and the service dept & they did a great job! However, earlier this year I was in the market for a new SUV. The Sales Dept was not willing to negotiate with me on a 2014 Toyota Highlander. Being a repeat customer & having had such great experiences with the service dept I came in with higher expectations of Seeger Toyota. Regardless I ended up buying a new 2014 Lexus SUV for $40k. More

It's fairly priced, I can get an appointment easily, and I can usually stay and have the work done without having to leave the car. Even the customer waiting area is really nice and conducive to a great experience. The person who checked me in this time was, as always, polite and efficient. The person who came and let me know about the need for a new battery and new tires was also polite and not at all pushy. I wasn't prepared to buy new tires last Saturday, and he didn't push. He explained that they would write up their evaluation on my report with pricing so I could have the estimate. I really appreciated that and will be back soon to have the tires replaced and aligned. He gave me an estimate of how much longer I would need to wait for them to install the battery, and he was right on with his estimate. I love having the car all clean when they finish with it, and they are good about answering any questions I have. While it's a drive to get to Seeger for me, I still happily go back there because they have a great reputation, and because I know I can count on them to care for me and my car. Thanks, Barbara More
