Sal and Tim went our of their way to locate the vehicle that we wanted as they didn't have one in stock. Before we left the dealership, the one we wanted had been located and was delivered within less than a week. We have often asked ourselves why we keep returning to Seeger when there are other dealers much closer to where we live. It all comes down to trust. In addition to the ratings above, in our opinion, trust should be one of those items. A dealer may be rated five stars in all areas, but if there is little or no trust, the other ratings are meaningless. It has been our pleasure to work with Sal for each of our four new cars. Sal has been able to foster the level of trust not only for himself as a sales representative, but for the dealer including the service department. We know that when Sal gives us the bottom line cost for a vehicle, he's doing his best for us as the customer. Until such time as Sal or any other member of the dealership give us a reason to question their trust, we will continue to return not only for sales, but for quality service as well. We have never had any issues and anticipate the level of customer service will continue. More
