At Secor Mitsubishi I was treated well from the very beginning. My salesman Juan was great along with the sales manager and the finance guy. Thank you for a good experience. tire alert, secor made sure I was safe recently my alert came on that my tire pressure was low. Secor let me bring my car right in without an appointment and made sure I had a new tire when they found a nail in my sidewall. They were interested in my safety and worked immediately on the problem. When it turned out it was going to take a little longer than anticipated they even arranged to pick up my mom from her doctor's appointment and bring her home. First time service This was my first service after 11 mo owner of the XC40. (my first Volvo) I had an appointment (very easy to make) and was greeted on time. Nick list This was my first service after 11 mo owner of the XC40. (my first Volvo) I had an appointment (very easy to make) and was greeted on time. Nick listened to my two issues and noted them before the service began. This was supposed to last about 3 hrs, but after settling in the newly constructed waiting/showroom it was going to take longer and a loaner was arranged. Someone kindly lead me thru the operations of the loaner. I was back to pick up the car. The service had been completed and in a few minutes the car pulled around still dripping from the car wash. My issues had been addressed and there are no complaints from me. The details of the service were sent promptly by mail. I must mention that while in the waiting room my salesperson, Diane Gebhard came along. She offered to meet with me after her meeting or any time to go over any questions I might have about the car. She has been most generous with her time and knows this technology is new to me. She is personal and knows her stuff. More

Steve Plona has consistently, thoughtfully and professionally worked with me and my family members to discern our needs and locate just the right vehicle (now up to 7 Saab or Volvo sales over the years). Eric Weiss has frequently gone way out of his way to ensure great service. He has worked with both Saab and Volvo HQ to facilitate proper reimbursement, and he's even driven a couple of my cars roundtrip to his home to ensure a proper diagnosis and repair. Nick Rose at the service desk has a sharp mind and positive personality, and he's able to explain the issues and shop recommendations with a level of detail appropriate to the customer. When needed, Nick will have the technicians speak directly with me, and I've always been impressed. On the most recent job, I had to have maintenance work on a number of systems on a 7-year old XC60 with 170K miles. The issues and recommendations were explained to my satisfaction and the repairs were completed in short order. I'd find it hard to take my cars anywhere else for service, or buy from any other dealer. I must also highlight the body shop work done in the past (perfect) and the great shuttle service. More
