Exceptional Service I scheduled a safety check in preparation to moving down south. An issue was found with my rear suspension. The service team knew I was on a short turn around. They had the parts in the next day, provided a brand new loaner car and had me “ready to go” the next day. I greatly appreciate they understood my situation and did everything they could to get the job done, especially since I would be moving far away and no longer be their customer. Only wish is that a drop off / delivery service could be offered given how few Lotus service centers there are - it was a multi hour round trip to get the car. I had the unfortunate event of getting into a car accident the night before I was to get my new vehicle. They worked with me to get me into my new car minus the anticipated trade and renegotiated terms so that I was able to afford my payments as planned. I highly recommend buying a car from them. Brian and Anthony the sales and finance representative were the best! More
