The service advisor, Alex, reviewed the work order with me and I fully understood what work would be done on my vehicle. I was given a ride home since the work was to take a little more than 3 hours.was picked up and brought back to Secor Volvo when the work was complete. Everything that I was told would be done was accomplished. The cost of the work was in keeping with what I expected it to be. My vehicle had been washed and the front mats cleaned. I was very pleased with the overall experience. The staff here is friendly. I will continue to be a repeat customer. More

Diane Gebhard, the Secor Volvo Sales Representative was extremely helpful. Shemade the ordeal of purchasing a vehicle after a traumatic event easy. The day I picked up the car she spent close to an hour sitting in the car showing me how all the features worked. This was very helpful since the car I purchased had features I was not familiar with. A friend of mine had a similar experience at Secor, also with Diane. In summary, the service was friendly, professional, helpful and considerate. I highly recommend Secor Volvo. Oh Yeah, I love my new Volvo. More
His and Hers Outback Sports We were looking around the lot to see what we liked when Juan (June) introduced himself. He was kind and considerate, not pushy at all! After a while We were looking around the lot to see what we liked when Juan (June) introduced himself. He was kind and considerate, not pushy at all! After a while we came in and asked him some questions. We spent a couple hours, test drove a few cars. He was extremely patient and helpful. We eventually found what we liked and began looking into the hard numbers and financing. We did not have to argue over prices and details- he was very up front and gave us a very fair deal. Both cars were offered at about $6k below MSRP sticker and we found that it seemed we could not beat the deal anywhere else. There were no surprises upon seeing the finance options and dealer fees. The finance manager did try to upsell a few options (extended warranties, appearance protection package, etc...). He was very honest and explained everything- was NOT pushy at all.We were fully expecting to have to argue over pricing and options and extra fees; all the things that make you dread shopping for a new car. The folks at Secor Mitsubishi totally changed my expectations! No matter what you’re looking for, stop by and take a look. I cannot speak to the other salesmen, but June and Anthony are GREAT to deal with! 👍👍👍 More
