When I visited the dealership this winter I was assigned to Steve Plona and he was very effective (and ultimately successful) in answering all my questions, letting me drive a used (ex corporate car) V-90 XC and showing me a new V-90 XC which eventually I purchased. Along the way, except for Steve's performance I think the dealership lacked polish and professionalism. The paperwork on the purchase handled by Steve Matters was very professional.
