Efficient I brought the vehicle in for its 70k mile service. Car was taken in immediatly. Two hour time estimate (was accurate). The techs found a.broken motor mount. $425 added to bill! I thought that would be covered on warranty. Not true. Car had slightly less than 70k miles. Never have had ANY car in my 75 years (59 years driving) have a broken motor mount. A VOLVO? Oh well! Not like the car has EVER been driven "off road"! More

I was given a ride home since the work was to take a little more than 3 hours.was picked up and brought back to Secor Volvo when the work was complete. Everything that I was told would be done was accomplished. The cost of the work was in keeping with what I expected it to be. My vehicle had been washed and the front mats cleaned. Diane Gebhard, the Secor Volvo Sales Representative was extremely helpful. Shemade the ordeal of purchasing a vehicle after a traumatic event easy. The day I picked up the car she spent close to an hour sitting in the car showing me how all the features worked. This was very helpful since the car I purchased had features I was not familiar with. A friend of mine had a similar experience at Secor, also with Diane. In summary, the service was friendly, professional, helpful and considerate. I highly recommend Secor Volvo.
