I found it very frustrating that the dealership did not offer a loaner car while my car was there for service today. Instead, I had to pay out of pocket for a rental car. The end product of my service was very good. I had the intercooler on my car replaced and it may need some additional fine tuning but my bodywork looks great. There was a lack of communication, I was half intercooler on my car replaced and it may need some additional fine tuning but my bodywork looks great. There was a lack of communication, I was half way out of the loop with when the repairs were initiated so I was unAble to get a rental car. Essentially leaving me careless for the duration of the repairs. This was at the Volvo dealership. I get my service done at Mitsubishi usually and Julie is amazing and I have not had any issues with the work done their either. More
