What a car We were planning to hold onto our 2105 Volvo S60(115,000) for a few more years. We saw the 2019 S60 on the showroom floor and ended up buying it. John, the sales manager, was able to work things out so the purchase made sense. Diane was very patient and attentive. We had a very nice experience. When I visited the dealership this winter I was assigned to Steve Plona and he was very effective (and ultimately successful) in answering all my questions, letting me drive a used (ex corporate car) V-90 XC and showing me a new V-90 XC which eventually I purchased. Along the way, except for Steve's performance I think the dealership lacked polish and professionalism. The paperwork on the purchase handled by Steve Matters was very professional.
