Not sure yet still waiting for a call back on what was promised when I bought it by the sales woman. When I bought the vehicle it was a 2018 demo. We had noticed that the hood was chipped and Diane ordere promised when I bought it by the sales woman. When I bought the vehicle it was a 2018 demo. We had noticed that the hood was chipped and Diane ordered us touch up paint, I was told to return in a week. It was getting dark when we left so I didn’t notice that the inside door panel on the drivers side had pulls in the material. When I returned she went over some of the car’s electronics but the paint was not there yet. I showed her the door panel and she told me that would be taken care of when the paint came in. Unfortunately she is on furlough and the sales manager has told us there is no documentation in it. I am awaiting a phone call from him when Diane returns his inquiry. My husband is very upset because in the past with my old Volvo we had trouble with the service department. More

Service Dept top notch I took my XC90 in for the 80K maintenance and they were very attentive to the service messages from my last 10K miles. I had to add oil a couple month I took my XC90 in for the 80K maintenance and they were very attentive to the service messages from my last 10K miles. I had to add oil a couple months ago which I thought was a nothing to report. They called to investigate the situation which led to a difference course of action. Service During the Pandemic. Routine service needed on our Mitsubishi was complicated by COVID restrictions and concern for how we would get the car to and from the dealer. Secor picked it up and dropped it off again, carefully observing distancing guidelines, to keep us all safe. Car came back clean and ready to go another 6 months....hopefully ALL will be back to normal by then. For now we are very thankful that we could get things done this way. More
