Car went in for an oil change and a rear wiper blade replacement. Had an appointment for 8am, dropped the car off with the service person and went about my morning not expecting to have to be waiting ve replacement. Had an appointment for 8am, dropped the car off with the service person and went about my morning not expecting to have to be waiting very long. At about 915 I get a call from the dealership confirming that the car was just in for an oil change, nothing else, at which time I explained to him that I needed a new rear wiper blade, and the male apologized and said the service tech was out this morning and didn’t write that down. About another hour later I get a call again, this time saying that the oil change was completed but it won’t be ready for another 30-45 min because they couldn’t wash the car yet. So now my car has been there for near 3 hours for a simple oil change and still isn’t ready.. During the last phone call he took my payment information over the phone and he told me the price was $120, which I thought was high for an oil change, even at a dealership, but I paid it anyways, thinking that I would look at the receipt when I picked the car up. So I pick the car up, and look at the receipt and there is a $30 charge for tire rotation, that I wasn’t told about, nor did I approve of prior of the work being done. To top it all off, now my car pulls to the left while on the highway, when it didn’t do that before. Overall an annoying experience from the simple task taking 3 hours, and then work that I didn’t approve, creating a change for the worse in the car, that was way overcharged. More
