I called and left a voicemail at 11 pm on Thanksgiving night when I noticed my check engine light was on. I received a call back from Keith at 8 am and he told me to bring it right in. He agreed to pick us up from the airport which was an hour away and gave a detailed tour along the way as we had never visited CT. He dropped us at our hotel due to our flight arriving after normal business hours, Steve was also willing to stop and show us the car at the late hour but we declined. The next morning Steve picked us up from hotel stopped by Starbucks and introduced us to a wonderful local bakery. Upon arriving at the dealership we inspected the car and it was everything Steve had promised, no flaws, very clean. The paperwork process was quick and easy, felt very comfortable and safe with respects to COVID, everyone practiced safety precautions. I was disappointed that our vehicle was not cleaned and ready for our pickup- minimal was done. Stickers still on front windshield and moonroof.
