The end product of my service was very good. I had the intercooler on my car replaced and it may need some additional fine tuning but my bodywork looks great. There was a lack of communication, I was half way out of the loop with when the repairs were initiated so I was unAble to get a rental car. Essentially leaving me careless for the duration of the repairs. This was at the Volvo dealership. I get my service done at Mitsubishi usually and Julie is amazing and I have not had any issues with the work done their either. More

Integrity and Skill We have been going to Secor for 31 years even though we live 70 miles away in Mass. We don't mind driving past 4 other Volvo/Saab dealerships because We have been going to Secor for 31 years even though we live 70 miles away in Mass. We don't mind driving past 4 other Volvo/Saab dealerships because we trust Secor and they have always treated us fairly on 9 lease cars so far. We have not had any significant service problems, and the minor ones that come up on rare occasions are handled swiftly and effectively. The late Bill Babeski and our current salesperson, Diane Gebhard, were/are both professional and friends. Several finance managers, including the most recent, Steve Matters, have been a pleasure to deal with. Charlie Secor is a class act. Debbie, the Title and Registration Specialist was very helpful in gathering all the documents we needed for the Mass RMV. Many people find car dealerships a hall of mirrors with folks who do not have your best interests at heart. Secor is just the opposite; people who care about cars but put their customers first. We have recommended Secor to friends in RI, CT and MA and will continue to do so. More

He lives in Boston, but we purchased the XC60 new from Secor Our son was coming home for a few days th AC fan wasn't working in our son's 2012 XC60 . He lives in Boston, but we purchased the XC60 new from Secor Our son was coming home for a few days this week and was hoping to get it in for service. After being told that service was booked for the week, I explained the small window that my son was going to be home, and the heat wave that we were having made driving miserable , I was put on hold for about 5 minutes and service came back and said to get the car to them as soon as possible, that they would squeeze it in. We got it to them before the storm and was surprised to get a call the next day saying it was ready for pickup. Two days before we needed it. Greatly appreciated their flexibility to get us in. The AC is again blowing cold air ! More
