The whole process was seamless. Our salesperson, Jake Weiss, was responsive, informative and easy to deal with. He really went the extra mile, coming in on his day off to allow me to test drive the car a Weiss, was responsive, informative and easy to deal with. It was a pleasant experience. The salesperson I wanted to work wit was busy with another customer so they quickly found another to fill in until she was available which I felt was excellent service. Eric Weiss made the appointment for me for the recall on the seat belt, my reappearing battery charge message and that I had checked the oil and it may have needed an addition and the wait was minimal and J the seat belt, my reappearing battery charge message and that I had checked the oil and it may have needed an addition and the wait was minimal and Julie said they reset the battery and it was at a 100% charge, added a quart of oil and I was all set. John in the body shop helped me by looking at my bumper with paint missing and said it was rubber and better off doing nothing so I was done at that point and had spent almost nothing. Also asked Steve in Sales about racks for the car to carry my canoe which he showed me and explained. They can be ordered from the Parts Department and Julie provided the VIN number and Chris took it from there and provided a spec sheet, part number and price. It was one stop shopping. Very easy!
