When my 3 week old XC90 with 600 miles on it left us stranded on the side of the road, Secor was great. Volvo roadside assistance could have done better (2+ hours wait for a tow), but Secor really went stranded on the side of the road, Secor was great. Volvo roadside assistance could have done better (2+ hours wait for a tow), but Secor really went above and beyond - offering to bring a loaner car to me despite it being late in the evening. They turned the car around in a week, fully detailed it again, and even did door to door service. Great job Eric and Steve at Secor. More

The service department worked hard to make a diagnosis and fix my problem. They also provided a rental car, and communicated clearly and frankly. Julie yielded my initial phone call and worked to get us in and secure a rental so we could still travel to his appointments. Service writer Julia was friendly and professional. She was attentive and explained the changes from the previous Mitsubishi dealer service. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. A floor salesman turned on the TV and offered me to select the news I wanted to watch. Oil change and tire rotation took just over an hour. They also cleaned and washed the car following service.
