I have had several Volvos serviced at Secor Volvo for decades. I don't remember a time when I was dissatisfied with the work done on the car. Made an appointment for an oil change which they did but when I take my car for an oil change at Gengras in North Haven which I always do they give me a print out of how my brakes look etc..
