Visited this dealership today with the expectation of purchasing a new /used Volvo. Unfortunately staff were disinterested in selling cars. Upon first contact(minimally ten minutes after) it felt as if w purchasing a new /used Volvo. Unfortunately staff were disinterested in selling cars. Upon first contact(minimally ten minutes after) it felt as if we were an intrusion to their day. When asking if another sales person was available the Manager stated he would have helped had he not been performing a task. No offer of another. We were very turned off by the vibe. Not a single friendly offering nor greeting in the bunch. I will take my business elsewhere. Clearly Volvo has no need for sales. More

Nice facility, nice people. Was disappointed that software updates weren’t standard with every service as well as the lack of loaner cars.
