We are sorry to learn of your concern about the diagnostic work on your Volvo .As with most newer vehicles, exhaust probes are no longer used for many procedures with emission controls .Our specialized Volvo equipment does let us tell the difference between sensors and the converter. With the current supply issues many items have been on backorders with all types of products. Unfortunately we have no control over this. We do charge for diagnostic work but if you do have us complete repairs that cost would be deducted from the total. We would be happy to do this when the parts become available.
