I brought my 2004 V70 there for a recall on 4/21/22. The floor of the outside waiting room was disgusting. I tried to sit in the waiting room inside but the TV was blaring a financial channel and 3 sale The floor of the outside waiting room was disgusting. I tried to sit in the waiting room inside but the TV was blaring a financial channel and 3 sales people where talking over it. It was enough to give a person headache. No one asked me if I needed anything, water, coffee, etc. There looked to be 5 sales people there but the place was dead. The only good thing about the experience was that it only took 20 minutes to fix the recall. I won't recommend this dealership to anyone and I will tell people about my experience. More
We recently brought our V90 in for service at Secor. Everybody we worked with was courteous and efficient. The waiting area was great and we were in and out quickly.
